    Andrade-Rocha

    Founder

    Stephanie is a family woman first with a passion for helping others.  Wife to an amazing husband, mom of 5 boys, and grandmother to a 3-year-old princess, she has extensive training in organization and running a tight ship! Team oriented with a successful track record of coordinating chaos, she strives to inspire and encourage those whom she encounters. 

     

    She is employed at the West Central Texas Council of Governments where she works as a 9-1-1 Public Educator and Regional 9-1-1 Program System Support Specialist. Her agency serves 19 counties across West Central Texas. 

     

    As part of the Women’s Outreach team at Beltway Park, Stephanie has a passion for the voiceless and is eager to be a resource.  She has a calling to raise up our community leaders, and build our Father's kingdom.  She currently serves as the host for the annual Abilene Walk For Freedom.  She carries an anointing to bless and change the world.  She has been raised up for such a time as this.

  • Kelli White

    Director

    Kelli is well-respected and adored by all. She is impassioned by exposing the truths of the ugly, hidden world of exploiting from a victim's perspective. She has an abundant love for Christ and an encouraging heart.


    She has been a Nurse Practitioner and in medicine for many years.  She is married to the love of her life, Mark, and has an amazing daughter named, Miranda.


    Kelli was called to serve the Lord in Human Trafficking several years ago, and has been actively involved for 4 years.  She Chairs the Medical Working Group with the Big Country Human Trafficking Coalition to educate the community.  
    Her only mission in life is, "To be the Lord's humble servant in whatever way He calls me."

  • Daija Alvarez

    Assistant Director

    Daija was elected to be the Assistant Director, due to having a strong organizational appeal.  Even at her young age she guides in discernment and walks in wisdom.

     

    She is employed at the West Central Texas Council of Governments where she works as a 9-1-1 Public Educator and Program Assistant.

    Her commitment to excellence and initiative brings her work to life. She delights in being a blessing and pouring into others. 

    She is groomed to be a life-giving trendsetter and mentor to lead.

  • Jamaica Gonzales

    Operations Director

    Jamaica is a naturally-born leader with a diverse, professional skill set.  She is currently the Assistant Director for a highly successful non- profit and oversees operations.

    She is a cancer-survivor, loves life, and is a progressive thinker to coach and lead.  She has a heart's desire to utilize all of her god-given gifts to empower others around her, and is considered an advisor to all in her circle.  Her prophetic gifting is to call out the gold in others, and show them their true identity in Christ.

  • Jessica Andrade

    Development Director

    Jessica has a servant's heart, and a bold presence in the community.  She has been in the service industry for over 20 years, and currently works for a non-profit as a Development Director. 

     

    She has experience in Case Management, and is friendly and relatable.  Her passion is in empowering women.  She has a contagious joy and a passion for all people.

  • Miranda White

    Treasurer

    Miranda has a heart of gold and strives to obey the Lord at all costs. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development. She has been on four mission trips; Canada, California twice, and New York.

     

    Her friendly spirit led her to get involved with the Aggie Baptist Student Ministry all throughout college. She has held different positions; worship team member, missions coordinator, and outreach ministry member.

     

    She interned with the collegiate ministry “Christian Challenge” in AZ at their state office, and also served as a worship team leader.
